Here's my question: does it count as e-publication if the poem on a blog is a DRAFT and the poem you send out has been polished, though recognizably from that draft? Cuz if it does, I have to yank a lot of posts off this site.
Lately, I've been removing poems from my blog when they get accepted even if they're drafts. On the other hand, I tend to shy away from publications whose submission guidelines state that blog drafts are considered "previously published." They tend to be small potatoes and self-important.
